Pizza: Old Town Pizza or Bellagio's delivery, Pizza Schmizza for a slice.

Vegetarian: Laughing Planet (multiple locations), the vegetarian food stand across from the Magpie shop in downtown

Chinese: Golden Horse in Chinatown

Coffee shops: Wired on Burnside, Old Pharmacy Cafe on NW 21st, Coffee People and Stumptown coffee roasters (everywhere).

I also like Besaw's on NW 23rd.
