Good Sports bar to watch the super bowl in Portland, Or Area?

I live 45 mins from downtown Portland I am trying t find a fun place to watch the super bowl with my fiance thanks for the advice.

The City Bar downtown is pretty good. So is the Cheerful Tortoise and Buffalo Wild Wings. Upper Deck in the Pearl is a little more posh, with a larger selection of standard and non-standard food. Also, Macadam's in SW in John's Landing is a pretty good place with several large screen TV's and a well stocked bar. (The last two suggestions might be best if you're going with your girlfriend, depending if she's looking for something a little more upscale and a little less- grubby sports bar.



However, my ultimate pick has to be A & L Sports Bar off of NE Sandy. Plus, it's Portland's official Steeler bar--- so it will be off-the-hook-bananas on Sunday. It's huge too! I've never had a problem finding a seat, or making new friends. They usually have the beer reps there too so it's fun to score free stuff. It gets pretty noisy; lots of cheering and outrageous behavior, but I've never walked away without thinking how much fun I had. It's a trip- you'll have to see it to believe it.
